You can use rdesktop under Unix to access CISE Windows Terminal Servers
The rdesktop application available under Unix has many options, please take a look at the man page for options.
When logging in to a terminal server using rdesktop you will first need to connect to the Gatorlink VPN. The Gatorlink VPN service provides secure remote access to the University of Florida network and makes it appear as if your computer were physically attached to the campus network. If you are using the Windows Remote Desktop client you can use either: firstname.lastname@example.org -or- CISE/username
